I knew right away that the service I was going to receive is going to be best professional service you could ask for. Looks you straight in the eyes with a handshake that you know he is honest and very respectful. If ever I need an electrician in the the future. This is the company, and specifically Craig is the one and only that I will be using. Last thing. Never tried to price gouge me. Gave me a detailed analysis of the specifics of the job, and a potential analysis of what a general job wob would cost. Just enough information I need to make the right decision. He thoroughly explained everything that he was going to do with installing a whole house generator system.His work was exceptional, he is a perfectionist. Eco Electric has been our trusted electrical service provider for years, and our most recent experience reminded us why we keep coming back.

We recently experienced a frustrating electrical issue at my parents' home that knocked out power to several garage outlets, appliances, and bathroom lights. Despite checking the breakers and attempting to reset the GFCI outlet, we couldn't restore power.

I contacted Eco Electric over the holiday weekend, and Kourtney was wonderful to work with. She promptly scheduled an appointment for the following day and kindly waived the dispatch fee in appreciation of our longstanding relationship. That level of customer care is increasingly rare and genuinely appreciated.

Our technician, Joe Vitek, was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Rather than simply assuming the GFCI outlet was defective, Joe took the time to investigate and identified the actual culprit: a loose electrical connection on the incoming power side of the outlet.
